The Unified Patent Court (‘UPC’) opened for business on June 1st, 2023. The Court has been hailed as potentially the most important forum in international patent litigation. Over the last 3 years key trends and jurisprudence have emerged. In this session there will be a presentation highlighting key developments and features of the Court’s operation and decisions followed by an interactive discussion of some of those points and other themes among the presenters and audience.
