USPTO Announces Artificial Intelligence Inventorship Listening Session on West Coast

The West Coast USPTO Artificial Intelligence Inventorship listening session will be held on Monday, May 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT at Stanford University, as outlined in a recent Federal Register Notice. The purpose of these listening sessions is to seek stakeholder input on the current state of AI technologies and inventorship issues that may arise in view of the advancement of such technologies, as set forth in the questions posed in the Federal Register Notice.
This event is free and open to the public. However, slots to speak and in-person seating are limited. The deadline to request to speak or attend in-person by May 2. You may register to attend virtually until May 7.
